3. User Responsibilities

Account Registration

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Booking Requirements

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Arrive at pickup location on time
• Treat drivers and other passengers with respect
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

4. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment completion
• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy

5. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Outstation bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Local rides: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup
• Airport transfers: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur cancellation fees.

6. Driver and Vehicle Standards

All our drivers and vehicles meet the following standards:

• Professional, licensed drivers with valid documentation
• Well-maintained, insured vehicles
• Regular vehicle inspections and cleaning
• GPS tracking and communication systems

7. Safety and Conduct

Passenger Safety

• Always wear seatbelts during travel
• Follow driver instructions for safety
• Report any safety concerns immediately

Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal activities or substance abuse
• Harassment of drivers or other passengers
• Damage to vehicle property
• Violation of local laws and regulations

8. Liability and Insurance

Sharma Taxi Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However:

• We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles
• Passengers travel at their own risk
• Maximum liability is limited to the booking amount
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather conditions

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our platform are owned by Sharma Taxi Services and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
